There was a fundamental problem with hollow parts with large bends before, that the wall thickness of the inner and outer diameters at the bend was not balanced, due to different stretching conditions. When using horizontally arranged molds, similar problems arise because the parison contacts the mold in advance. For this reason, SINOTECH designers have developed a radial wall thickness control system (RWDS), which can adjust the wall thickness of even small die diameters at will within its range.
