4GL 18L PE Extrusion Bottle Blow Molding Moulding Machinewas specially designed for making plastic water tanks, plastic cans, lubricant oil bottles, plastic drums, plastic toys and other plastic containers not over 20L.
1.The features of this machine:
(1)It is suitable for producing PE,HDPE,PP, PVC so on,plastic containers and bottles in all shapes are available,the max.product volume is up to 20L.
(2)Single station single die head design,very easy to operate and maintenance.
(3)Most components of the blow moulding machine are from famous world brand.
(4)Fully automatic process with low power consumption,high efficiency,quick and safe operation,easy for maintenance.
(5)Multiple screw available for double layer or tranparent liquid lever line.
(6)Auto deflashing device available,can remove the extra parts of bottles.
(7)Auto lubricant system controlled by PLC.
2. Station
The machine is singe statn,
per hour can make 90-100pcs bottles(basis on 4GL pe bottle), and per day can make 2000-2400pcs bottles,
( our engineers will make complete solutions according to customers bottle and capacity demands.)
3. Die head
Continous extrusion die-head machine
However, the die head can be changed to smaller one to make other smaller size drums
Changing the die head system takes around 1.5~3h, this also included heating time.
4.Mould - Aluminium 7075# inserted beryllium copper or 4C13 Stainless steel
the best blow molding mould material, aluminium mould has good cooling, and beryllium copper is very durable as well.
5.Parison control system is a program to change the parison thickness,As the plastic is extruded from the die head,the programming can:
1. Reduce the plastic used
2. Improved wall thickness distribution
3. Reduce cooling time
Do we have to use MOOG parison system?
Yes,this model mchine need to MOOG to control the thickness of the barrel.
