WPC Wood Plastic WPC Hollow Door Panel Extrusion Line
SINOTECH WPC profile production line is a production line equipment for producing wood-plastic composites (Wood-Plastic Composites) profiles. It mixes wood fiber materials such as wood powder and bamboo powder with plastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and additives in a certain proportion. In the extruder, the mixture is fully plasticized and melted by heating and the rotation and extrusion of the screw to form a uniform melt. Through die extrusion molding, WPC profile blanks with specific cross-sectional shapes and sizes are formed. The blanks undergo subsequent processes such as cooling, shaping, pulling, and cutting to eventually become finished WPC profiles.

Good physical properties: It has the texture of wood and the advantages of water resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of plastics, with high strength and hardness, and is not easy to deform, crack, or fade.
Environmental protection: Using waste wood fiber and plastic as raw materials reduces the felling of wood and the waste of plastics, which is conducive to the recycling of resources and environmental protection.
Strong processability: Profiles of various shapes and sizes, such as pipes, plates, special-shaped materials, etc., can be produced through an extrusion process to meet different application requirements. It can be cut, drilled, nailed, glued, and other secondary processes like wood.
Product Application:
PP/PE WPC wood plastic composite extrusion making machine consists of a twin-screw extruder, mold, stereotypes, traction, cutting machine, and loading table. After the replacement of the mold, a WPC making extruder also can used for PVC doors and windows profile production.
A wood-plastic composite material produced by a wood-plastic equipment production line is a new type of green material.
