Preform conveying structure
The unheated preform (PET raw material) is conveyed to the heating area to ensure that the preform will not be inverted during the heating process, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of the subsequent bottle-blowing process.
Heating system
The infrared lamp penetrates the preform for heating, making the preform stretch more evenly and highly transparent. The heating system is also equipped with an intelligent temperature tracking system, which can fully keep the temperature in the heating box constant and avoid the problem of manual intervention in temperature adjustment due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening. The imported reflective mirror aluminum plate is installed inside to make full use of the heat energy of the lamp, shorten the heating time, reduce energy consumption, and increase production capacity. The temperature of each lamp in each layer can be adjusted separately to meet the heating requirements of different preforms.
Mold closing and clamping structure
After the preform is heated, the mold closing system merges the mold and the bottom mold to provide a stable molding space for the bottle-blowing process. Stable, noiseless, and high-speed operation.
Stretching and bottle blowing system
